Management Department
	President/Owner Richard R Taggard rtaggard@scvms.com	Founder of SCVMS, Inc. over 25 years ago in the Central Valley of California.  Since the conception of the company Rick has expanded the company from its simple beginnings to encompassing four of the countries largest states (CA, AZ, CO, TX).  Rick was the company’s first field inspector/servicer and maintains a vast knowledge of the industry and it’s ever changing environment.  He is a member of NAMFS and sits on the Members Benefits Board.  He works closely with the staff to ensure the best product possible. Rick prides himself on the company’s core focus, which is “Be the best in the business.”
	General Operations Manager/Vendor Services Casey J. Castillo ccastillo@scvms.com	Casey is dedicated to improving contractor, client and office relations.  His years of experience in both the Property Preservation and Customer Service fields will continue to be an asset to not only South Central Valley Mortgage but also to contractors and clients alike.
	Assistant Manager Desserine Williams dwilliams@scvms.com	SCVMS, Inc. has brought Desserine to the team due to her strong management and people skills.  She is working hand in hand with upper management to ensure that all functions of the SCVMS, Inc. operations run as smoothly as possible.
Accounting Department
	Accounting Lead  Claudia Cerda ccerda@scvms.com	Since joining SCVMS Claudia immediately began contributing to the success of the company.  Placed into a demanding position she has had nothing but success.  Claudia has become a great addition to the team and can be counted on when the time comes
	Accounting Clerk Lydia Orozco lorozco@scvms.com	With her strong organizational and accounting skills Lydia has been a great addition to the company.  She is very meticulous in her review of any and all invoices.
	Accounting Clerk Benny Carranco bcarranco@scvms.com	SCVMS, Inc. has added Benny to the company to provide additional support in the research and handling of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
REO Department
	REO Lead Bredana Celaya scvms_reo @scvms.com	Bredana has been a great asset to SCVMS, Inc. and works tirelessly to ensure timely and accurate results and information is provided to all clients and contractors.
	REO Specialist Gloria Torres gtorres@scvms.com	Gloria has provided multilingual support to the SCVMS, Inc. team and works closely with SCVMS, Inc. staff, clients and contractors to keep all informed and in contact with each other.
Property Preservation Department
	Property Preservation Lead  Jonathan Taggard jtaggard@scvms.com	Joined SCVMS, Inc. February 6th of 2001. Jonathan’s beginnings with the company started as a part time file clerk after school.  He has grown within the company and as a person, to become a great team leader for our organization.  Jonathan has obtained a vast knowledge of the preservation industry and looks to be an integral part of the company’s success and growth.
	Property Preservation Specialist Jorge Flores jflores@scvms.com	Jorge has been added to the SCVMS, Inc. team with a strong background in communications and customer relations.
Invoice Processing Department
	Invoice Processing Manager Alex Sanchez asanchez@scvms.com	Alex has been with the company since 2003 and has rapidly gained vital experience that has enabled her to know well the intricate details of the business.  She has been appointed as the Invoice Processing Manager where she employs the experience and skills that she has acquired.
	Invoice Processing Lead Fernando Magana fmagana@scvms.com	Fernando has been a part of the SCVMS staff since July of 2005 and is currently working in the Property Preservation department.  His strong background in computer related and communication skills enables him to advance quickly in his knowledge of the preservation field.
	Invoice Processing Specialist Anthony Rodriguez arodriguez@scvms.com	SCVMS, Inc. has added Anthony to the team as an Invoice Processing Specialist.  He is directly responsible for the quality control and processing of all PPO invoices.
	Invoice Processing Specialist Hector Nava hnava@scvms.com	Hector has been added to the SCVMS, Inc. team and has proved to be very diligent and conscientious in processing and quality controlling vendor completed work and invoices.
	Invoice Processing Specialist Laura Camberos lcamberos@scvms.com	Laura has also proven to be an asset to the Invoice Processing Department and continues to ensure the expeditious processing of vendor invoices.
	Information Processing Lead Leesa Salcedo lsalcedo@scvms.com	Since Leesa came to the company she has always proven herself diligent in the overseeing and participating in the accurate input and regulation of the time sensitive data that we receive from our clients and vendors.
	Information Processing Clerk Sylvia Vargas svargas@scvms.com	Sylvia works closely with the Information Processing Lead and handles all data processing including cancellation and confirmations from all clients to make sure all parties are informed.
